6 .What is gold filled
Gold Filled is a premium jewelry material made by permanently bonding a thick layer of 14-karat gold to a base metal, usually brass, using heat and pressure.
By law, Gold Filled contains 1/20 of its total weight in real gold (5%), which is 15 to 25 times more gold than standard gold-plated jewelry.
This makes Gold Filled jewelry much more durable, more resistant to wear, and able to retain its beautiful appearance for many years with proper care.

Yes. We deliver to all 69 wilayas across Algeria through trusted delivery partners, ensuring fast and secure delivery.

Yes. We ship our jewelry to many countries around the world using reliable international shipping partners. Delivery availability depends on the destination country.
3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days within Algeria and 7 to 15 business days for international orders, depending on the destination and customs procedures.
4. Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free shipping within Algeria on all orders over 20,000 DZD. Shipping fees for smaller orders or international destinations are calculated during checkout.
Warranty & Returns
1. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Corail Chaib jewelry piece is delivered with a signed Certificate of Authenticity and Warranty. We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, shipping errors, or items damaged during delivery. If you experience any of these issues, please contact our Customer Care team, and we will provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
2. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.
Please note that returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.
3. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and send us clear photos of the product and its packaging.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or shipping error, Corail Chaib will replace the product or provide an appropriate solution.
For international orders, compensation is limited to shipping errors only.
