Orders delivered in Algeria

You may request an exchange or a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• The item must be returned unworn, in its original condition, with its packaging and certificate of authenticity.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
• The refund is made by CCP transfer (Algérie Poste) within 7 days of receiving the item, once it has been checked.

International orders

Orders shipped outside Algeria cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please check the product details and sizes carefully before ordering, and contact us if you have any questions.

How to request a return or exchange
